Here's another marine illustration - a Clown Triggerfish, commonly seen in saltwater aquariums (and of course tropical coral reefs). Triggerfish have nasty teeth and strong jaws for crushing sea urchins. They can also be quite aggressive to other fish in aquariums.

This one is friendly though, he just wants to hang out with his buddy the Lionfish under the sea... uh oh... now I have that darned Disney song going around in my head.

"Triggerfish won't bite
they're keeping the groove tight
Under the seeeeeea."

OK I made those words up. ;-)

As the entertainment industry transitions from 2D to 3D, here at Vintage Vectors we're pushing the envelope too - making the bold leap from black and white to full color! ;) So here is our first barrier-breaking entry into the future - a tropical lionfish (or lion fish), the venomous marine swimmer sometimes called a devil firefish. The download includes a b&w vector and a hand-colored high resolution PSD with transparent background for drag and drop convenience.

I have something new for vintage-loving folks like yourself (I imagine that's why you're here) - photos. These portrait photography images of Native American men and a woman are from a very old parks guide. These antique photos are in the public domain. The subjects are from tribes of the American plains states. Personally, I get a bit of a chill studying the faces of these proud people. Then I feel a great loss. I share these with the highest respect.
